Microsoft logo (2012).svg

The Microsoft logo starts with four equal-sized squares of different solid colors stacked together to form another square. The top left box is red, the top right is a light leafy green, the bottom left is a deep sky blue, and the bottom right is mustard yellow. A thick, white horizontal line and vertical line form a cross that separates the four boxes. The horizontal white line flows to the right into the rest of the white background, which holds the word Mircrosoft, mostly seen in a dark gray.

The letters of the word Microsoft are all lower case except for the M and are fairly thin in a Helvetica light font, where the height and widths of the letters are uniform and structured. One defining factor of the word in this logo is that one continuous horizontal line goes through the f and t at the end so that they are joined together.
