The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is a 150,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that sits on the shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland's North Coast Harbor. This is the world's first museum dedicated to greatest stories and biggest names in rock and roll music. The facade of the museum is dominated by a huge glass pyramid that admits light giving the museum a striking focus. A 162-foot-high orthogonal tower rises at the rear of the building anchored on its triangular facade. This picturesque building includes 7 floors, 4 theaters, administrative offices, museum store, and a cafe. At night the museum is beautifully illuminated with sequenced lights.
